It’s definitely nice quality, and I don’t regret trying it. But I’ll be honest, my brain does that quick shortcut where I compare it to similar stuff I’ve bought before, and this just feels a bit too expensive for what it is.

I ordered from okhtein.com and was expecting the whole unboxing to feel a bit special, especially considering the price. The items themselves were nice, but the packaging? What a joke.
The box looked messy, and the whole presentation felt rushed, like someone just threw it together without much care. It really did not give the premium feeling I thought I was paying for.
Nothing seemed damaged, so that is good, but the first impression was still disappointing. I was excited to open it and ended up feeling let down. If this is their usual packaging, I probably would not order again.

My order showed up in good shape and the packaging was totally fine. Shipping did take a couple extra days longer than I expected, and I felt a bit trapped just waiting around and checking the tracking over and over. The tracking worked okay though, and overall I’m happy with it...

I really wanted to like this bag because it looked so nice in the photos. But when it arrived, this is where it got annoying: the stitching was messy in a few spots, and the hardware felt cheap. For the price, I expected way better quality. i don’t think it was worth the money.

I’ve emailed customer service and haven’t gotten any replies. Maybe I’m being impatient or not reaching out the right way, but it really feels like the emails are just being ignored.

I don’t know who’s in charge of keeping this website running smoothly, but they really dropped the ball. The pages were so slow, and checkout kept glitching to the point where I couldn’t tell if my order had even gone through.
After that, the updates were just as frustrating. I had to keep checking on everything myself because nothing was clear. For what they charge, I expected way better from them, and I wouldn’t bother ordering again

I really wanted to like it, but the design felt cluttered to me. The colors didn’t really go together either, and that part was weird. Overall, it just wasn’t my style

I’ve had this bag for a few months now the leather still feels solid and has held up well. There’s a tiny scuff on the strap, which is a little annoying and makes me wonder if whoever runs this could pay closer attention to those details. Overall though, it still looks good and I’m happy with it.
